Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration (Master of Law) and and Faculty of “Artes Liberales” (Master of Literature Studies) of the University of Warsaw. Scholarship holder of Tel Aviv University. Specializes in constitutional law, electronic media law and modern technology law. He advises non-governmental organizations on human rights protection issues. Author of publications on Israeli constitutional law and the right to privacy on the Internet. Within the Firm he is Of Counsel in IT and modern technologies department. He also participates in legal services for network enterprises, including matters of property law. He speaks English, German and also communicates in Hebrew.
